One day. One mile. One cause.

Join Clemson RiSE and CEDC as we Walk for Water in support of Water Mission! Funds raised will provide sustainable safe water and sanitation solutions to people in need around the world.

The walk is one mile starting and ending under Library Bridge on Clemson’s campus. After the walk, stay to watch Clemson RiSE students compete in building their own water filtration devices!

Who is Water Mission?

Water Mission is a nonprofit Christian engineering organization that designs, builds and implements safe water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) solutions for people in developing countries and disaster areas. Since 2001, Water Mission has used innovative technology and engineering expertise to provide access to safe water for more than 3 million people in 52 countries. Where does the money go?

Is this a 5k?

This is a 1 mile walk. And, while it is a noncompetitive event, you can feel free to challenge your teammates to see who can carry the most water!
